At Home by Silverstone Living serves members living throughout New Hampshire. While many members live near our life plan communities in Nashua, New Hampshire, our at home program has the ability to serve individuals as far north as Dover and Bow, along the Seacoast, within the Lakes Region and more. We are continually growing our affiliate network and local programs to ensure you can stay connected and cared for in your hometown.

At Home by Silverstone Living is part of Hunt Community’s 130-year legacy of senior care. Our long, established relationships within our communities grants us the ability to advocate on your behalf with providers that may not be accessible to you should you not be an At Home by Silverstone Living member. You can be assured that once a service or care provider makes our referral list, they have been heavily vetted to ensure they meet our premium standard of care.

  • Plan includes both medical and non-medical benefits
  • Get predictable fees over the course of your personalized plan

Security for Long-Term Care Needs

We understand that care needs often start slowly, like needing aid with housekeeping and grocery shopping. Then, over time, it can progress into regular medical assistance and even end-of-life care. At Home by Silverstone Living is the program that can age with you. Unlike long term care insurance, At Home by Silverstone Living does not have an elimination period. Many of our members layer our program with their with their Long-Term Care insurance because At Home by Silverstone Living can cover any financial or care gaps that may arise while you wait for your care insurance to activate. Our program truly does limit your risk exposure.

24-Hour Emergency Coverage

Members have access to an emergency response system that includes 24-hour emergency alert coverage. This provides both members and their loved ones with the comfort of knowing a fall or sudden medical emergency will not go unanswered.

Enjoy Access to Our Life Plan Communities

Part of helping you age in place is understanding the benefits of good health and overall wellness. That’s why we offer a variety of social events, wellness programs and educational seminars to all of our members.

Members also can enjoy life on both of our community campuses, Hunt Community and The Huntington at Nashua, which includes access to our salon, fitness center, private movie theater, as well as information on events and social opportunities happening in our local community.

Seacoast Members can also join the Seacoast Village Project and enjoy 50% off the annual dues to join the program. We work with affiliates and local communities throughout New Hampshire so every member can benefit from our program no matter their home location.
